I added money by topping up. The money is already in there. I topped up $98 and want to use $32 for a campaign. But the campaign isn't working. It's been 5 days now. The first one didn’t work, so I deleted it and made a new one — still not working.

If your accounts are connected, there’s a big chance the other one might get hit too if the first one got blocked. It’s a good idea to make a few extra accounts just in case—just be sure to change things up with a different IP and use a special browser that hides your info before you make new ones.

If you make a new account, you won’t get banned. But if you want to run ads, instead of creating a new one, consider buying an older account to use.
